Exchanges, Shipping and Refunds
Shipping within Australia and New Zealand Only due to the high charges of postal charges.
Exchange goods - if gift has been damaged and must be notified and returned with photos of damage and how within 5 days of purchase. The craft product will differ as the pieces are one off pieces or very few. Once the exchange has been completed the ticket will be closed.
